I took a stroll down Little India the other day and with Deepavali approaching, the whole place was alive with colour! There were fresh flowers, garlands, cookies, clothes and jewelry, to name a few, which the shops were selling. One can't help but feel carried away by the festive air that filled the place! There were some tourists too who were fascinated by the bangles in particular. I looked for kolams but there were none. Here are some pictures I took.
