A Bit of Sunshine

Despite the current wet weather, the nuns at Phor Tay temple have managed to catch a bit of sunshine to do their work.

I was delighted to see five sieves of  vegetarian "salt fish" being put out in the rather weak sunshine to dry when I visited the temple the other day.

"Time and tide wait for no man" so the saying goes;  here at Phor Tay, it's "Make hay while the sun shines!"
