Flowers

A kind neighbour has planted a bed of colourful flowers not far from our home.  Commonly known as "Japanese roses", these flowers are a joy to motorists passing by.  She has planted some other flowers as well, making this particular corner of the road very charming and pretty.

Whenever I drive past this corner, I am sure to look at the flowers and comment on how lovely they are.  When Mum was alive, I used to push her wheelchair to this spot in the mornings.  Mum was a lover of flowers and she would gaze in true joy and delight at the flowers blooming before her.

Flowers are probably one of the most wonderful creations God has ever made.  They have given inspiration to so many!

Thanks, neighbour!  You'll never know the joy your flowers have given us, especially to one lovely old lady who once lived down the road.
