Noodles



Noodles are always a good alternative when you're tired of rice.  These two plates of flat noodles ("sar hor fan") and crispy noodles were our lunch recently at a vegetarian restaurant.  They came topped with lots of veggie and mushrooms.  We washed them down with soya bean milk and sugar cane juice.  A very satisfying meal indeed!
