Aah, the much awaited 15th night! For the oldies, it's the end of the Chinese New Year, but for the young, it's the Chinese "Valentine's Day"! So there they were throwing oranges last Saturday night with messages and mobile numbers written on them, with the hope that their soulmate would pick them up! I bought our "pengat" from a vegetarian shop and it was good! No wonder it disappeared from the pot very quickly - I was lucky to have eaten a few spoonfuls! Chap Goh Meh will be one tradition that will live on through the years! Yay!
