My Favourite Breakfast



Nothing like a plate of Chee Cheong Fun (rice noodle rolls) for breakfast!  Some people like their rolls to be opened up and cut but I prefer them unopened.  Delicious when served with generous helpings of "hei ko" (shrimp paste sauce).  Incidentally, C.C.F. was brought here by 19th century immigrants from Guandong, China and fast became a popular street food.
